Ordinary Savings
Individual social contributions.
The individual social contributions constitute the sums that the associate integrates to contribute to the patrimonial increase to the Employees’ Fund, being affected from their origin in favour of the Employees’ Fund as guarantee of the obligations that the associate contracts with it; they will be unattachable, except for maintenance claims; they cannot be encumbered or transferred to other associates or to third parties and are reintegrated to the associates in the event of disengagement for any cause, as established in the present Statute.
Permanent or ordinary savings.
Permanent savings are deposits of money in favour of the member which, as a general rule, will only be returned when the member loses his or her status as a member, and it is established that there will be no partial withdrawals.
Programmed Savings
Programmed savings are understood to be savings made by members in the Job&Talent Group Employees’ Fund by means of fixed monthly, fortnightly or weekly instalments according to their payroll for a determined period of time for free investment.
ARTICLE 2-OBLIGATORY COMPLIANCE Once agreed in the programmed savings contract, the member is obliged to comply with the periodic deposits according to their payroll until the due date.
PARAGRAPH 1: When the member for any reason wants to cancel the programmed savings contract before the stipulated date, he/she will lose the right to the liquidation of the yields generated and will only be returned the quotas saved at that moment.
PARAGRAPH 2: In the event that the member’s employment contract is terminated before the required savings period is reached, he/she will be entitled to the yields for the period that the savings period was reached.
ARTICLE 3.-FORMATURE OF PAYMENT The payments of the quota that are made by this modality will be discounted only by the payroll, except in the case that the associate is without an employment contract.
ARTICLE 4.-TERM. The minimum redemption term for all types of programmed savings will be six (6) months and the maximum one (1) year.
PARAGRAPH 1 stipulated for this type of savings cannot be extended, nor can the instalment be modified once the first discount has been made.
ARTICLE 5.-AMOUNTS. There is no minimum monthly savings quota limit and the maximum limit for saving will be one (1) minimum monthly salary.
PARAGRAPH 1.- it must be taken into account that the member must be subject to the indebtedness index in order to make this saving.
ARTICLE 6.- FINANCIAL YIELDS The savings will enjoy a financial yield that will be settled month by month and on the date stipulated in the contract.
PARAGRAPH 1: This yield will be the interest that at that date is being paid in the financial sector.
ARTICLE 7.-DEPOSITORS All members of the Job&Talent Group Employees Fund may open programmed savings accounts in the different modalities offered by the fund.
ARTICLE 8.-OPENING REQUIREMENTS To open a programmed savings account with the Job&Talent Group Employees’ Fund, the following is required:
1. Fill out the opening form designed and numbered consecutively by the Job&Talent Group Employees’ Fund.
2. Identify themselves with their citizenship card.
ARTICLE 9.- UNIPERSONAL PROGRAMMED SAVINGS In all cases the programmed savings will be unipersonal, i.e. the main depositor will always be the member.
ARTICLE 10.- METHOD OF PAYMENT When a member joins as a programmed saver, the Job&Talent Group Employees’ Fund will make the payroll discounts corresponding to the agreed quota, according to the member’s payroll.
PARAGRAPH 1.-If the member fails to comply with any of the monthly deposits, the refund of the programmed savings will also be made for the time the member is in arrears.
ARTICLE 11.- RETURN OF SAVINGS When the deadline for the cancellation of programmed savings is reached, the Job&Talent Group Employees Fund has ten (10) working days to return the savings.
