Voluntary and Open Membership

For staff whose common bond is the employment relationship with "Job&Talent Group" and other companies that generate the common bond of association, with any company attached or linked to it or with the employee fund, who use their services and who are willing to assume the responsibility inherent to the quality of associates, without being subject to restrictions or social, political, religious or racial discrimination. The spirit of solidarity, co-operation, participation and mutual assistance shall be manifested among the members.

Democratic Management by Partners

Operations must be managed by persons elected by the Associates, in accordance with the agreed procedure. The Associates shall have equal voting rights (one Associate, one vote), or equal participation in decisions concerning "Fondo de Empleados Grupo Job&Talent". Members elected to represent and manage on behalf of the Fund are responsible to the other Members for all their actions and/or omissions.

Autonomy and Independence

“Fondo de Empleados Grupo Job&Talent" Fund is an autonomous legal entity and all its actions or those of its legal representative shall ensure democratic control by the Associates.

Education, Training and Information

The Welfare Fund shall allocate resources for the education of its Members, Officers and Employees in order to contribute effectively to their development, as well as to inform them about the principles and methods of solidarity and the nature and benefits of cooperation. The information must be permanent, timely and progressive.

Integration

. In order to contribute to the interests of its members, the community and the environment in general, "Fondo de Empleados Grupo Job&Talent" must integrate with other organisations in the solidarity sector, be they regional, national or international.

To ensure that the policies approved by the Partners contribute to the sustainable development of the community.
